Contact Information Requirement

Before we ship your order, you must provide a valid and active phone number.
This number is required for the carrier to coordinate delivery and to contact you in case of any delivery issues or schedule updates.
Failure to provide a working phone number may delay your shipment.


Inspection Upon Delivery

It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
Freight companies do not allow recipients to open parcels before signing the Bill of Lading (BoL). Therefore, we strongly advise you to inspect the exterior of the package for any signs of visible damage such as dents, tears, punctures, or oil leaks.

If you notice severe damage to the crate or packaging:

  • Do not sign the release document.

  • Take clear photos of the damage.

  • Refuse the shipment and immediately contact us at info@jspecautoparts.shop.

Once you sign the delivery document, you are confirming that the package was received in good condition.
After signing, the freight company and JSpec Auto Parts are no longer responsible for any damage incurred during transit.


Shipping Damage & Insurance

Please note that JSpec Auto Parts is not liable for damages caused by mishandling during shipping.
Insurance for such damages is provided solely by the shipping carrier.
In the event of a claim, reimbursement or repair costs will depend on the carrier’s insurance assessment.


Domestic Shipping (U.S. & Canada)

We ship to all U.S. states and Canadian provinces using certified freight carriers.
All shipments are fully trackable and include:

  • A shipping label

  • A commercial invoice

  • A packing slip

  • A Bill of Lading (BoL) issued within one week after dispatch.

Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.


International Buyers

For international orders, please contact us directly at info@jspecautoparts.shop with your complete shipping address to receive an accurate freight quote.

Important details for international shipments:

  • Shipments are sent via ocean freight to the nearest international port.

  • Estimated cost: starting at $600 USD or more, depending on destination and port charges.

  • Estimated transit time: 20–40 days by sea.

  • Average crate dimensions: 47” × 32” × 38”, with an approximate weight of 400 lbs.

Please note that:

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, port fees, clearance charges, and local taxes once your shipment arrives at your port of entry.

  • Ensure that an international freight port near your location can accept your shipment.

  • You must have all required importation documents and permits ready before placing your order.
