Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from JSpecAutoParts.shop.
All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received—complete, unmodified, and with all original components and packaging intact.
Returns are accepted only if the part has not been installed, opened, or altered in any way.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to protect your return against loss or damage in transit.
If a return label or bill of lading is issued by JSpec Auto Parts, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Returns must be shipped to our warehouse or dropped off at a designated carrier terminal or commercial location.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
The returned part must match the exact model and configuration of the original product purchased.
Example: If you purchased a 2WD Nissan SR20DET transmission, the core returned must be the same drivetrain configuration and generation.
Mismatched or incorrect returns (different year, engine version, or model) will not be accepted and may result in additional processing fees or return delays.
Returned items must be clean, drained of all fluids, and free from excessive oil, dirt, or damage.
Any part showing cracks, broken tabs, stripped bolts, or physical damage caused during use or installation will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Securely package the return to prevent shipping damage.
Include all required documentation such as the Return Authorization (RA) number, invoice, or purchase receipt inside the package.
Returns must be received in rebuildable or resellable condition to be eligible for credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or in-store credit.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, excluding shipping and non-refundable fees.
For items returned after 30 days, a restocking fee of 30% will apply.
Returns beyond 45 days of purchase are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for in-store credit (excluding reservation or shipping fees).
The following items are not eligible for return:
Electrical or electronic parts
Performance engines or transmissions sold “as-is”
Seals, gaskets, and accessories
Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged
Special order or custom request items
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at support@jspecautoparts.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return address.
Ship the item using a trackable and insured service to the address provided.
Include all necessary paperwork (RA#, invoice, contact info) inside the box.
Note: Returns without an authorized RA# may be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.
If your purchase includes a core return requirement, please ensure:
The core is returned within 30 days of receiving your new part.
It is in rebuildable condition and matches the original core type purchased.
Fluids are drained and the core is properly packaged to prevent damage.
Damaged or incomplete cores will not qualify for core credit.
